"Contents of the Dead Man's Pocket"

Tom Benecke decided to retrieve a yellow paper off the ledge of his window. He realized he was trapped outside and would die if he didn't break the window open so that he could crawl in. If I was Tom Benecke I would have never gone out on the ledge to get the paper, but if I had to I would make sure a neighbor was there to help me. I also would have left my window open. My decision would have changed the plot because I would have not been locked out my window or be scared of falling.
